MuskieJunkie
I know there are some pads in the front where people can sit but I'd like to know if the coast guard badge is labeled for 6 or 8 people. Thanks.
fishwater
Pretty sure mine is labeled 7. It has 5 seat positions behind the windshield and the 2 jump seats.
Chode2235
The sticker is very specific that there should not be anyone seated in front of the windshield when on plain. So the boat will seat 6 people. Also, be sure to check out the weight of the passengers, as you can easily exceed the weight limit.
gregg52
any one ever hear of any one getting an over weight ticket ???
Pat K
When I asked a CO about the weight vs. # of passengers, he told me that he didn't carry a scale and didn't know of any of his peers that did, but they all could count!
MuskieJunkie
Thanks for all the replies but I'm still trying to find out if the coast guard label says 6, 7 or 8 passangers. Anyone know for sure? Ranger's HSOforum only lists the weight.
delmuts
Your quickest, would be to call a dealer and ask.
mwentw1
I believe it is 7. It was one of the differences between this boat and the Lund 186 Tyee GL that I just purchased.
