Lakefinder App for Androids!

Not sure if people knew this but I just found out that the MN DNR created a Lakefinder App. Really cool App. Check it out if you have an Android phone. They are working on an App for iphones now too. Enjoy

I saw that yesterday too, waiting (im)patiently for the iPhone version. Looks pretty cool. It looks like they have another one to help locate public boat ramps as well.

Found it a few months ago and it happens to display right next to the navionics on my apps screen. I really think the DNR derserves a lot of kudos for this. Have seen many negative things posted about them on this site, but i can not imagine there is a better one in the country.

I've messed around with the App all day today and am very impressed. I definitely could have used this last summer!

They also have a layer for the Layar app. It will lead you to water access as you move the phone it showa you where access are.
