looking for a 8/0 hook

I am looking for a good hook to use for some swimbaits. I have used 6/0 Gamy offset superline hooks and they work well, but a larger hook might be even better. Unweighted prefered. If weighted, no more than 1/4 oz.

You knew everyone would tell ya go Owner Beast...

Its too bad no one makes a 8/0 hook with a 1/4oz weight. You could get the 3/8oz 8/0 Beast and take a razor blade to the weight -- just shave it down a bit.

You can also get an unweighted Beast and add DOA pinch weights... (google 'em.)

Why not try some oceangear deepssea,surfcasting just google it you may even prefer a stainless shark hook?

1. Gamakatsu G-MAG, no weight, they don't rate the size but I have some and there all of an 8/0. 2. Davis swimbait x 8/0 1/4oz. w/screw lock. 3. Mihatchi Pro swimbait 8/0 w/screwlock no weight.
