Ya would have to agree with Deitz Dittrich I don't know about stopping every min. I would focus on areas with the right trees. You can walk 5 minutes or more before your in the right areas some times.

Went I get in my known areas I stop and just look around and sometimes look back the way I came because I have found some that I didn't see covered by brush or sticks. When you get in a known zone, I would slow down and look in every direction. Kind of like still hunting!
