Iambjm
Very old looking, emaciated, looks like he has cataracts. Found in the area of County 59 and Scenic 7 in the Grand Rapids area. All the animal shelters in this area are closed due to funding problems. Barb at bjmwebs dot com

reinhard1
i hope this dog well. the dog reminds me of an old neighborhood dog called doger. he would walk to every neighbors house to say hi. i would take the time when i was home to sit down and talk to him a bit and give him some attention along with water and a couple of snacks. everyone around here know him and it was sad to see him go. good luck. Iambjm
He doesn't actually look too bad in the picture, but when he stood up his ribs stuck out and his hips were just skin and bones. The poor old guy was blind, he kept walking into things. But when I would take him out he would actually follow the sound of my feet crunching in the snow. When it was time to bring him back in all I had to do was keep talking to him and he followed the sound of my voice. He was probably dehydrated when I first took him in because he walked like he was drunk. The first day I had him he would eat, then sleep for hours. I am really sorry I couldn't keep him, but I have a great dane and a maniac cat who took an instant dislike to this new dog in the house.
