Ran into a situation sledding/fishing last weekend. Went to come home, fired up the ifinder, and it was flashing "low batt" in the upper right hand corner. I had the external power supply hooked up, so I switched the page to show power level and it showed "external power". It then powered down. Repeated attempts to fire it up just resulted in immediate power downs. It was as if it needed good batteries installed for the 12v power supply to work. I didn't have any, luckily my buddy's GPS worked and I followed him home (after dark). I checked the power supply when I got home and it was at 3.7 volts. Users manual and on line checks haven't shed any light on this. Has anyone else run into this?

We're usually fully stocked but you caught me on a bad night!
Tuesday night is usually "board meeting" night if you know what I mean. Stop in and have a tasty beverage some Tuesday night after these holidays are over and things get back to normal.
