mcgarth Posted February 22, 2011 Share Posted February 22, 2011 i'm helping to put a benefit on for my 14 year old niece that has Goodpasture's syndrome. it's a VERY rare thing that attacks her kidney's she's been at the U of M Childrens Hospital for a week and a half and if she's lucky will get out in 2 weeks.her battle won't end there though.were going to have a raffel and silent auction.i need to know a few things.whats the law say if you want to raffel off 2 shotguns and a 30.6 rifle all three are used guns but good shape?how do you go about getting things for the auction? thank you for your help Scott Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Archerysniper Posted February 23, 2011 Share Posted February 23, 2011 We weren't to involved in much with the planing of it the family didn't want us to have to worry about that also. As far as the guns I was told you have to have a gambling license and also someone with a FFL lic to be able to transfer the gun. Donations were recived by the familly just stopping in at businesses and asking if they could donate we also had a tcf account opened up under Tidd benefit were people could just stop in or use pay pal.
