Archerysniper
Some days are better then others but where we are we are still seeing them in 12 to 13 feet. The sunnies are really moveing in to the shallows with the fresh run off and the pike are feeding on them.
TDH
I'm having the same luck as you. Nothing but a few tiny ones last weekend and nothing so far this weekend. I have a feeling that they are out deeper but with the season coming to a close I just don't feel like moving the house again.
MJ1657
My experience has been they start moving shallower this time of year. I will say that it is a little slower this year than last year. I saw quite a few big fish late last year but not as many this year. I talked to my local co yesterday and he said the bite has been tough all over my area lately. TDH
Went out this afternoon from 2-5:30. Seen 3 small ones and speared 2 of them. Didn't see the first fish until 5. Both fish that I speared were males. So maybe the males are moving up shallow but the bigger females are still hanging out a little deeper.
