Needed: Nikon 80-400 to rent/borrow

Hey all:

I've got a client coming up in a few weeks who shoots an older Nikon F3 film camera. We'd like to pair that with a telephoto zoom, but none of the rental outlets I've found stock that lens. We could actually pair it with any supertele from Nikon or Nikon mount that's old enough to have an adjustable aperture ring. The newer superteles will mount on the body, but will not meter, and it must be able to meter.

Any help out there?

Steve, try the thelenspal dot com. They look like they have an ED lens which I believe is the correct one? Based on the rental price ($79 for 10 days) I would say it is the one you are looking for.
