We can't catch them all, but we'll keep trying!

Great bust MN DNR and kudos to the concerned citizens!

How exactly do you suppose this bust went. The officer's saying, "Wow, that's alot of walleye." And the violator responds with, "that's nothing, we have 40 more back at the hotel."

I think it goes like this. So you in deep water over these walleyes. Where you staying? We can get a search warrant or you can take us there.

Do I watch too much Cops or what?

I think as punishment they should be forced to buy season tickets to the Bulls and Bears home games. And be forced to attend each game to the very end.....

I'm glad the DNR has started to publicize the Gross over violations. It does a couple of things. 1)It lets everyone know what going on and ho wthe effective TIP and the DNR can be. 2)Hopefully it shames those individuals and maybe deters others from doing the same. 3)Raises the awareness of us all to be on the lookout for situation like this.
I would like to see Minnesota revoke both hunting and fishing license privilages for any GROSS OVERLIMIT violation, forever. Whether you're a resident or non-resident you lose the opportunity to legally hunt and fish in Minnesota, no excuses.
What determines GROSS OVERLIMITS is up to the person writting the law.

Acutually Walleyehawk,
Sringfield and Carlinville are downtstate IL -- right by Saint Louis so they are probably Rams and Blues fans. At least if they're smart they are. Then again they got busted so maybe they aren't too smart.

I'm just glad that we have as many great sportsmen in Minnesota as we do that turn in these *****s so the rest of us can have some decent fisheries and wildlife. How long would it take you to eat that many fish anyway?!
