thatoneguy
Rogers will not rack up Favre like stats in his career, and, just like Favre, he will win one Superbowl during his career. One SuperBowl victory is pretty decent in my book. It's a tough road. Just ask Warren Moon, Fran Tarkenton, Dan Marino, Jim Kelly, and Dan Fouts. Favre was one of my favorite players, and I like Rogers too, but it ain't easy to win even one Superbowl my friends. Enjoy the moment, and don't jump ahead. Great year for the Pack. Congratulations. And this from an (eternally long suffering) fan of the Purple . Rodgers is already as good a QB as Favre ever was (excluding Favre's ridiculous 2009 season), and he's still improving. Is it possible that Rodgers will not win another Super Bowl? Sure. Would I bet against him? Not a chance.
Steve Foss
I had a blast watching Favre play for the Packers, and still enjoyed watching him when he was a Jet and a Viking. But I agree that Rodgers is every bit as good as Favre was, and better in some ways. His running/mobility come to mind. He also has a somewhat calm and very confident manner on the field, and I like that in a quarterback. Developing two such talented championship quarterbacks in succession within one team is rare, and the Packers organization deserves credit for making it happen. I hope Rodgers wins a few more Super Bowls wearing the green and gold. Well, I WOULD hope that, of course.

greebs
Can't remember where I heard this but heard not too long ago there was a "we are sorry tedd thompson, you were right all along" HSOforum that was getting flooded with apologies from packer fans for criticizing him when he told brett to take a hike. And yesterday on the radio I heard about fans booing rodgers that first training camp. Now he's their hero.

Should be done now in Green bay. In MN it will go on for awhile yet. I believe once Rodgers finishes his Career in MN the debate should be over.
