ordered new jigging rod

just ordered a new Fenwick walleye tec jigging rod. I purchased the 6'3" medium rod. hopefully it works out! anybody have experience with these rods? I really liked the feel of them in the stores.

I had a St. Croix Legend Extreme 6'9", XF tip in my hand the other day. Had to put it down!!! Very dangerous!! That's what I fish with in my dreams.

I love all my Fenwicks (HMG & elite techs). You'll really like that one, I couldn't decide between that and the 6'6 ML - so I got both because they had a killer sale. I tend to use the 6'6 ML more. Lots of versitility for verticle jigging, pitching, and if needed I could use it for rigging.

A great inexpensive reel to match that with is a size 30 Pflueger Supreme. Very light and balances great on that setup. If you want to save some money they have the XT's on sale at Gander for I think $70-80
