Superduty
From your list, I would swim a jig with the 7'MHF rod. Either of your baitcasters should be fine. I like a MF casting rod with braid but you should be just fine with the MH with flouro.
Larson15
the gander rod you have should do the trick. I would beef up a little bit on the line though to at-least 15lb test.
Cecil
The Gander baitcast rod would be best. That is almost more of a medium than a MH, so I would do that with either reel and 30# braid.
BPBOB
Thanks guys-from what I had gleaned from other spots on the net,I figured the 7'0 MH fast baitcaster would be the best option. Glad to get some consensus - when I checked my Revo STX I actually remembered I have 14Lb Suffix elite spooled on it now.I used it on the St. Croix Avid 7'0 MH crankbait rod and never had a bite-off all summer long. The lipless bait that was tied on almost all summer looks like heck, and the trebles have been replaced, but I never lost it-even to multiple northerns that had the bait fully in their mouth.Of course, now that I've said it,it'll be gone in the first ten minutes this spring! Thanks again.
