Bryce
Wish I could go back to qwest. Not availble here when we moved so were stuck with comcast for interweb. Phenominally fast speeds off peak to make up for less than dial up peak speeds.
Jim Almquist
If you are using the DVR from Direct and the DVR they offer is a Motorola you are going to find its really a POS. We got rid of Qwest and DirectTV and yes we kinda saving money. We use only are cell phones and have tv and internet through Comcast for $80.00 for a year and the $90.00 for the second year. The Motorola DVR has a smaller HD for storage and lacks basic features like going back 10 sec. when you stop a fast forward or when you are setting up channels to record you do not get the option to pick the HD channel so you end up having to find the show on the HD channel and set your recording from there. They all have you over the barrel so you have to chose what works best for you and how much do you want to spend.
