A painting of three turkeys near a deer shed by Steven Trofka of Maple Grove will be featured on Minnesota’s 2012 Wild Turkey Stamp. His design was chosen from among 24 entries in a contest sponsored by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR).

Looks like the competition may have been a bit meagar this year. blush

Do a lot of you buy the stamp or does it depend on if you like the Stamp design? I've never bought the Physical Stamp and just curious. I do like some of those prints with the stamp but haven't gotten into acquiring them yet. No matter what the people who paint these sure blow me out of the water for skills!
