Some Birds.....

I spent some time in my parents backyard yesterday. The cardinal and blue jay pics did not turn out. Am I right calling this 1st one a American Tree Sparrow?

I was in Wabasha last week and these Goldeneyes were bringing up small fish like crazy!

Nice series. You sure have the sharpness dialed in. My fave would be the downy in the pine.

Wabasha and no eagles? I'm heading there tomorrow at 5:00 a.m. I'll be looking for eagles, both baldies and goldies in particular.

There was alot of bald eagles. I had a service call in Wabasha so I brought the camera with me. Ate my lunch in "my van down by the river", took a few pics and drove back to Rochester.

Captain, that's what I call a American Tree Sparrow. I just had one last week amongst a bunch of House Sparrows. Not real common at my feeders. I hope those Goldies got eyes in the back of their heads with all the eagles up there. Nice work!
