buying a brand new sled

hi folks

I've got a couple of questions about buying a brand new, 0 mile sled. Never have bought brand new before. Looking at Skidoos but am wondering: do all Skidoo dealers only sell at MSRP? They certainly all seem to advertise that way. Do they negotiate? I'm not willing to pay MSRP for anything, especially an $8k machine.

is there a better/worse time of year to buy?

Your definetly looking at the wrong time of year for wheeling and dealing, I find the biggest difference is the dealer themself and if they are willing to deal.

Spring is a good time to buy IMO.

I've bought at least 4 of my sleds at the Ski doo dealer in Mora.

Les and Curt have been very decent to work with for me.

I'd like a new one too, but I still like my old one so much I cant let it go for now.

ive bought a brand new doo the last two years. All from Preston Equipment in Preston, MN. All purchased as carryovers and all purchased in the summer. Spring time is the best though. Each year I search every (literally) doo dealer in minnesota and no one could match Prestons carryover price. Sold my last sled in the spring for the same price I purcahsed them new.
