Coyote on my lake

Recommended Posts

Ok, here are the hero shots. First one is the backdrop so everyone can stop worrying that I shot out your summer cabin windows. You can almost see the sled tracks where I turned around as I picked her up. A good 350 yards, plus the drop from my house to the lake is probably 40 feet.

Her she is, you can see the front paw is missing.

I think he explained his backstop. Geez, do you think he is stupid?

BTW nice shot!

No not really! Most people that have taken Gun Safety training don't remember to "not shoot at a flat hard surface or water" But, I do have to teach the kids that. Once your an adult who gives a D@m right! smirk Anyway it was nice shooting! Pinus,

It was a very safe shot, I am way up north. If there had been any cabins across the lake I would not have taken that shot. I know enough from firearm safety class to the 4 years I spent in the military not to shoot towards structures. You can rest easy Leech, nothing was harmed here except a coyote. See the picture if your still concerned.

Thanks Pinus, after seening the pic of your lake it does look like a pretty safe shot. And it looks like a very nice place to live. wink
