WHere to buy lakemaster maps from?

So Lakemaster says they don't do any returns on any chips or CD roms...but the garmin HSOforum says its 30 days if unopened.

Did I read this right?

So am I correct in thinking I should buy from Garmin?

Does anyone have any experiences to the contrary?

Why would you return an unopened chip? Buy at fleet farm?

Why do you think you need to return it? Why not buy from Gander, Cabelas or Fleet? They have a bit more lax return policy, although it probably can't be opened either, but you will be able to talk with someone who atleast knows a little about what your getting, and get you exactly what you need.

If the seal is broken on the package on a card or CD, it is non-returnable, at any retail store. Same with the Garmin on-line.

Unopened, it's still up to the individual stores return policy, generally 30 days with receipt in hand upon return.
