slipperybob
What's the voltage readout on the battery? Hopefully it still reads above 10 volts. What's the voltage of the charger on the battery? Hopefully it's reading at least 14 volts.Sometimes one can trick the supposed dead battery to take a charge. In a similar method to jump starting your car battery.
Ed Carlson
If you had not done a maintenance charge periodically over the summer, it's likely very low. IF...the charger is still good, then let it charge for up to 5 days...it may pop out of it. If not, the battery is Ka-Poot-Nick.Make sure the charger is good first, check the output. If you buy a replacement battery, go at least 9 amps, 10 amps is best. The price difference is worth the 10 amp in the long run.If you do need a new charger and a new battery, check out the Vexilar 10 amp battery and charger combo, it's a great charging system, and its a good value.
