Chapo
I have a 01 Sportsman 500 H.O. and finally realized that I have the rear suspension the lightest setting. I attempted to adjust the suspension with the wrench provided with no luck. Is there any tricks to breaking this loose to further adjust. Thanks for any help you can provide. pikechaser
Jack up the back end to take the weight off the rear suspension..might not hurt to spray it down with wd-40 might loosen up any crud in there. Also remember you can only turn them one way
Dozer
Spray it down with lube and you might have to try a channel lock instead of that crappy wrench they provide.
MNfan
I took the wheels off of my 09 also to make enough room to turn the spanner wrench i bought.
trapperdirk
Yeah I looked all over for the proper size spanner wrench without success and decided to try my big channel locks instead . All it took was some wd-40 lube and an easy twist . Worked perfect without issue . I'm going to even stiffen it up more on the front this winter when I put the plow on .TD
