0 FishLocker
Rubber will age and crack...but a year or two makes me wonder if you are storing them in the attic or garage during the summer?? Heat is very hard on rubber, and ages it prematurely. That is the only 2 cents I have for this one...I have a pair of Pak boots that are 18 years old and just starting to crack..I love them and do not want to replace them, so if anyone knows of a way to get the oils back into rubber, I will try anything! 0 Surface Tension
I've given up on rubber waders and boots.Store them so that there aren't any bends or folds. Keep them out of sunlight.Armorall.Heres one for you I heard a long time ago. Keep them away from electrical motors.

Do you know anybody that is about to roast a domestic goose? They are extremely fat and the melted fat is an excellent waterproofer! Who know's? It might work on your rubber boot's. Don't know if this would work on rubber but it's my favorite for waterproofing and preserving wood. Mix 3 part's boiled linseed oil with one part turpentine. Apply generously with a brush and let dry and repeat. You sounded kind of desperate so that's why I posted. I will be very curious to hear what your result's are. Good luck! 1DIRTBALL
