plucking birds

anyone out there pluck thier pheasents?

I want to do this but need to know if it is better to scald them in hot water or use wax or just dry pluck. any advice?

Never done it. In my eyes its a waste of time. But i personally do not like skin on any birds unless its deep fried extra crispy

hot water then burn off hair with a torch I pluck a few birds every year

I just dry pluck, been doing it for over 20 years.
