shnelson
anyone else tired of sweating in their waders because it's 75 degrees and sunny by the time you leave the slough in the morning? This weather is great for finishing the to-do list around the yard, but I'm ready to be done with that! This just doesn't feel 'ducky' enough for me, when is it going to end???
Finlander
Warm weather = lousy hunting no matter what you're hunting! The only thing I saw flying last weekend was skeeter's!
Quackaddict9
It was warm up here last weekend and still managed to kill a bunch of birds and saw many flying. It's supposed to start getting cool now with mid 30s in the mornings...beats 45-50 degree mornings.
dan z
agree. time for some cold fronts. not only to move some birds to get rid of the bugs.
magnum mike
When I had more bats in the decoys at 0700 last Saturday than ducks, you know something is amiss. We cut our grouse hunting in the afternoon by half becasue it was uncomfortably hot on the ATV / UTVs. It was 80+ in Bemidji last weekend. This is great weather for anyhting but duck hunting.
