I found a plug wire that was grounding out on the engine housing causing a no spark on a 2500w Honda. Rerouted it and it was good to go. Its pretty rare for them to have ignition problems, so make sure to check your kill switch and wiring too. I assume you tried a new plug already, if not dont overlook that either.

Low oil level.

Check to see if the kill wire isn't grounding out.

On/Off switch bad or dirty.

Oil sensor bad or dirty dirty.

Recheck the oil level.

Check the connections at the oil sensor.

Check for spark.

No spark, disconnect one wire at the oil sensor and check for spark.

If that works clean or replace the oil sensor.

Have someone look at the oil indicator light while you pull it over if you think the oil change had something to do with it.

From the manual

OIL ALERT SYSTEM

If the engine stops or the Oil Alert indicator light comes on when you

pull the starter grip, check the engine oil level (see page ) before

troubleshooting in other areas.

The Oil Alert system is designed to prevent engine damage caused

by an insufficient amount of oil in the crankcase. Before the oil level in

the crankcase can fall below a safe limit, the Oil Alert indicator light

comes on and the Oil Alert system automatically will stop the engine

(the engine switch will remain in the ON position).
