When do you start sitting out all day?

I typically wait untill the last week before shotgun starts, so the last week of October and the first couple days of Nov. I say if you can get out and sit and have a good hunch something might move during the midday hours go for it. Can't bag a deer on the couch. I have had some super days in the field the last week of October first few days of Nov, seeing multiple bucks cruising or chasing does so I tend to confine my time on stand to that week or so. Sat yesterday from 3-dark and saw a lone doe at 4 and a small basket rack 6 20 minutes before shooting light faded.

Last week of october to the 2 week in novemeber are always good day to be out all day. I also like to be in stand mid day during a full moon. Some dont believe in it but it had paid off enough for me in the past to continue doing it if i have the time and patience.

I've also had good luck sitting all day during a full moon. I even start to winder if I shouldn't sleep in that morning because I don't think I have seen a deer before 9:00.

Anytime the moon is in a full moon phase! During full moons deer run at night since it is fairly light out and usually get back up again at mid-day!! And of course during the rut it is good to sit all day!! I would say that from next weekend through the end of november one can have good luck during the day!!!
