Dash lights went out

Recommended Posts

Hey guys I have a 96 ford ranger regular cab and the dash lights for the spedometer, the cruise control buttons on the steering wheel, and the knobs for the heat control/AC don't light up when i turn on my lights. the radio still lights up. Any suggestions would be great on where to start looking. I looked at the fuses and tested them and all seem to be fine. thanks for the help

I have a '95 Ramger that where all the dash lights went out. Found on-line that it can cost $400.00-$500.00 to have them replaced. I just mounted a $10.00 sportsman headlight to the steering column. The switch still turns the headlights on, so could that still be a possible problem? Also, I think the speed control lights and heat control knobs still light up in my situation.
