0 PerchJerker Posted September 20, 2010 Share Posted September 20, 2010 I think the VS820 is a great unit. The 8" flat panel display, and the Sony underwater camera, are both really, really good. The VS820 has been around for a few years and has a really good track record, you really don't hear any problems or complaints about them. About the only drawback, if you want to call it that, is that the VS820 is black/white only ...... some of the new cameras now are color, and the new cameras that replaced the VS820 this year are "switchable display" which means they show color or black/white, whichever you choose, and you can switch between them.We've got some really good close-out pricing on the VS820 right now, you can see it HERE in the Store Sales forum.Hope this helps.
