reinhard1 Posted March 11, 2011 Share Posted March 11, 2011 that's one thing i noticed also was the container for the wood was smaller than i would of thought. i figured about the glass in time would get built up. i thought maby i guy can keep it clean with some detergent that would work on that stuff. is that the name of the company so i can look yours up "cajun injector". how many pounds can yours handle? thanks. good lluck. KEN W Posted March 11, 2011 Share Posted March 11, 2011 Like I said.....you don't use much wood in these smokers.I spray the inside with Pam to make it easier to clean it.Vinegar and water should keep the window clean.Yes it is called that.They only have the smaller one like I do....30 inches.I usually use the racks to make sausage.They will hold about 10-15 pounds of breakfast sausage.When making sausage....I only put in 20-30 minutes with smoke.Then leave it in until the internal temp gets to 155 degrees.They make a bunch of different configurations.The one I have with all those different racks,I have only seen at Scheels.On sale I paid $150.http://www.cajuninjector.com/cajun-injector-electric-smoker.html Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
