Anyone have experience with ceramic kitchen knives? How durable are they? Do they stay sharper better than a conventional knife?

Do not waste your money, spend the money on steel you will be much happier.

i agree. also an electric knife is also good to have. i have one for filleting fish and also one for home use for slicing meats and homemade bread for example. good luck.

I was just curious about these since I've seen them being used on some cooking shows. Then I start to see them in stores and lastly I saw a partial show on the scifi channel about how they are made.
