registering deer online or by phone?

part of the "fun" of going to register is seeing what else has been brought in and talking to the other hunters I run across. Phoning it in seems to take a little of the experience out of it for me.

I like these options. Purely because its a 20 minute drive each way to register a deer from our place.

I like the options. I personally will register my deer at the local surplus regardless, simply because I like visiting with the owner, filling up on gas and throwing some money his way. Plus you get to show it off. A big buck gets congrats. A small doe gets you well-deserved hassling. Good times. I agree this will make it easier for abuses but the bad apples will be bad apples regardless.
