FLnick87
I have recently been thinking about throwing the big rubber baits but find its a lot of work chuckin them out there all day, especially if you are rippin the baits. what if you were to putt around with the trolling motor at about 1-1.5 mph with 40ft or so of line out and ripped the bait up and down without casting or reeling. it would be much easier to stay on break lines and structure, or even on bait fish. it would be kind of similar to lindy riggin for eyes, just faster and much more aggressive. Always lookin for new options, just a thought...what do you think?
50inchpig
Nick - These are the things that you try, find out they work, tell only your friends, and never speak of online. All in good fun, no offense intended. Sometimes the best techniques are so simple nobody ever tries them.
AWH
50inchpig is on to something there! I've never trolled them. But to casting them - the right rod makes all the difference in the world. I used to think they were a pain in the butt to fish. Going to a better, longer (go with a minumum of 8 footer) rod made a huge difference.Aaron

I throw mag dawgs alot and the more you throw them the lighter they get LOL
