harvey lee
I was suprised to see the 42 car beat Ambrose today. Ambrose really slowed towards the end of the race.Montoya had a great day.
tunrevir
I didn't get to see alot of the race but you are right Ambrose did slip off the pace at the end. I thought the race was pretty clean for the most part compared to the thrashing the cars took at Infineon. Nice to see some different folks up front and running well. Dinger stayed top 5 all day from what I saw of the race. Little more fun then just crazy circles all the time.Tunrevir~

SkunkedAgain
With a couple to go, they showed Ambrose's lap times falling. I figured that he was just saving his brakes and tires for the final lap(s) but apparently that wasn't the case. You never know how those jitters can get to you when your racing the final lap, sinking the final put, kicking the game-winning field goal, etc....If I'm Ambrose's chief, I'm telling him to race hard but not stupid. These guys need sponsors and a top 5 finish is more important to those guys than a checkers-or-wreckers performance. They have too much to lose.Montoya had a great car and likes the road courses.
