You'll have to put some time in but there are some good muskie in there. Weeds, rocks, and the cribs are places to target. Red and white is a good color, and the small pike will be all over that color for sure.

I'm not a walleye fisherman but trolling the cribs seems to be a favorite technique out there. Not sure about the gills, but any bobber fishing I've seen has always been near weeds.

That time of year the water should still be pretty warm. For walleyes I'd try drifting deep water with a fathead or leech and don't rule out drifting right across the middle of the lake. Also you can get a free map from the city manager's office with all the cribs marked on it and try those in low light situations.
