chasineyes
AMEN TO THAT! We lucked out when we went to Estes Park last week...70 during the day 45 at night. But this week it's been 90 during the day but still drops to 50 at night. Kind of hard to sit around a fire when its 85 and HUMID. Booking our fall getaways this weekend!! Ryan_V
I agree. I'm looking forward to pheasant hunting. that's my bridge between camping season and ice fishing!!!
titelines
We were camping a few years back. so hot we decided to take ice cold showers. We never dried out. Our hair was still wet in the AM. We sat around playing cards and sweat was dripping off of us, with no fire or anything. Needless to say, that was a long night in the tent. I love camping, but nights like that really make you appreciate what people did before all the modern conveniences came along.
