pushbutton
first you need green bananas...really green...the ones pictured are borderline too ripe. you cant easily peel them the normal way so cut them before peeling. next slice into quarters and fry at 360 for 2 minutes...lets them cool off and refry at 375 till brown..they will almost appear burned....no worry, just the sugars. the "ketchup" is 2 parts ketchup, 1 part sweet and sour sauce, 1 part sriracha(or any hot sauce/pepper)
tacklejunkie
By frying them, I assume you use oil. What oil do you use to fry them in?
pushbutton
peanut, corn, or crisco would taste best....but any high temp frying oil will be fine.....forgot to add when the stores have really green ones in stock i will do the first fry and freeze, throw them in bag, and do the second fry whenever.
