Moultrie Flash

I have a Moultrie D40 trail cam. After 2 years of use the flash quick working. I brought it in to our high school electronics teacher and he found the flash bulb was spent. Where does a guy find a new flash bulb?

contact moultrie i had the main view finder go dead so i couldnt read any of my settings they sent me a new one free of charge with detailed instructions on how to replace it

2 years is probably past any manufacturer warranty. Doesn't hurt to call and ask though, maybe they will mail you one cheap.

Your electronics teacher should be able to help find a part. I've ordered various electronics parts from Jameco in the past, check their online catalog. You might also try searching the internet for camera parts dealers.

mine was probably 4 years old and i told them that still sent it out no fee

ok ill try that. I looked all over the internet and cannot find the flash I need. Musky--did you have better luck contacting them with email or phone?
