Favorite Weed Walleye Jig

What's your favorite and most weedless jig for shallow 'eyes?

Have been finding the eyes fairly shallow and near or in weeds.

I need something that can be casted and retrieved to the boat without hanging up or catching the debris halfway back.

I really like the No Snagg Veg E jigs from Lindy. they have a slender design to pass through the weeds good and the wire hook guards help a lot. The No snagg Timbr rock jigs work pretty well in the weeks too.

The trick is to get the walleye to bite before the snag! I watched a mutual friend of ours do that both Monday, and Tuesday.

Put that or any jig on a spinner...my favorite is JB Lures Tadpole Spin. You can switch the trailers to match anything you want and they are ultra-weedless. I've caught lot's and lot's of walleyes in the weeds with a set-up just like this.

that they are the olive green has been a great producer for me over the tops but when i want to get in the weeds wead weasel works well as well.

I tried Weed Weasel jigs this weekend (that's what the local store had) and they worked well. Way less weedless than regular jigs and the fish liked them.
