Gun Photos

Just playing around today and tried some product shot photography. I shot on blue and red backgrounds as well but didn't care for those results as much. Nothing better than taking photos of a few guns, except the chance to shoot them! I also brushed up on some Photoshop skills and came up with some sample scratch ads for fun.

1. My Browning Buckmark with holoscope.

3. Installed some TruGlo Tritium sights.

5. My Ruger Super Redhawk, my deer rifle the last six years. Bet you can't tell what color shirt I was wearing First rule of product shots...wear black shirt and clothes so you don't reflect on shiny objects!

6. Slapped a background on for something different and whipped up an ad.

I don't know much about guns but these are great photos, very pro looking lighting. Actually the first image kind of looks like Han Solo's gun from Star Wars

Very nice Dan. I could easily see those used in any gun magazine.
