Try kettle falls hotel. I know that they had an add going a while back but they always need help with something. My cousin was one of the dock boys there last year and the guys working there have a blast. I dont know what they pay but it includes room and board and he made goode tips. If I was still 16 thats what i'd be doing this summer.

we stayed at leech lake my son told me then age 13 that he wanted to do the dock boy thing when he was old enough. i think it would be great if he could at least he would learn that cleaning land sharks from the yard is not too bad when your gutting a hundred fish a day.

Your a little late as most resorts have thought ahead.

16 years old. Well either you've run away from home or will be traveling from home.

When I was your age I didn't think to get a job at a resort. I worked at other places like getting schools ready for the next year.

waleyematt from medford mn.

I'd show up in person at all the resorts in your area. Well the ones that you can guaranty that you can be there every day on time with a guaranty that you have transportation to get there. You should show your wiliness to work. Your young so you aren't going to know a lot but if you can take direction and ensure your employer that you can be friendly and respectful of customers that will mean a lot. If there is work that is beneath you should probably hold off looking for employment till after you graduate from collage.

As I said your late in looking but now is the time those resorts are looking to fill positions that an individual didn't finalize their commitment to work. Before that employer goes back and looks to fill that position you'll have the advantage of showing up in person right about now.

First impressions are real. If you have a pierced tongue leave it at home unless you can tune a carb with it. Dress neat and clean.

Lastly, after your initial contact in person make the rounds again.

In person is better. It might just end up that after the job started an employee didn't work out.

Next year start looking in Feb in person. Don't wait for a job posting either. Be the first one there.

Let us know what happens and don't screw it up!
