Anybody watching this on HBO? I've been enjoying it.

I don't get HBO or I would be watching them!!! Loved Saving Private Ryan and Band of Brothers!!!

I've been watching, but got my hopes up comparing it to band of brothers and it is nowhere close in my opinion. still pretty good though.

The Band of Brothers was one of the best series ever, so it would have to be pretty good to beat that.

Band of Brothers was great! I think The Pacific is quite a bit more graphic, last weeks episode, the body parts where a flyin.

Band of Brothers took more literary license in its writing where as The Pacific is suppose to be more based on autobiographical accounts.

Either way I am sure if you liked BOB you'd enjoy The Pacific.
