Depends what route you go. Wired or wireless. Advantages go either way. With wireless less wiring (obviously)but can be prone to picking up other images from other wireless security cameras etc, which usually is just a split second as you drive by. If you go wireless make sure you go 2.4 gigahertz. If it doesn't state that on the packaging it probably is the older 800 megahertz frequency. I've seen a nice package for a wireless 2.4 ghz with a 7 inch lcd screen for reasonable price. Made by Peak, yes the same company as the antifreeze guys. It should be on their HSOforum or HSO-Classifieds/amazon. Looks like $140 on amazon.com.

I am really looking at wireless. I just looked at the reviews on Cabalas and not real good for the Peak model. I have been looking at 4ucam that seems to get pretty good reviews and has an extender to move the transmitter to the front of the trailer.

4ucam is good product. I bought the wireless round camera for my vehicle, and am considering getting the license plate one also for my travel trailer too. The nice thing is the lcd monitor will hook up to 4 cameras. Not the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for sometimes. The unit I got seems good quality. I wish the lcd monitor was a little sharper with higher resolution.
