Inexpensive trolling rods at Thorne Bros

A buddy of mine asked me about the "inexpensive trolling rods" that Thorne Bros has. I wasn't sure what rods he was asking about, so I pulled it up on their HSOforum. I can't find what he's talking about. Anyone know?

Shimano TDR rods for $30 are a servicable trolling rod. Definitely a good "budget" rod option.

I run the TDR's and they're not bad trolling rods. Plus they have an over the counter warranty (or at least they used to) so if one snaps just come back in.

I use TDR's as well..

Last time I checked I couldnt find them over medium heavy in a 8 1/2 foot but the 8 footer you can get in heavy. I would recommend the 8 foot heavy over the 8 1/2 medium heavy... I have used both.
