What kind of killer is the best or something you have had luck with to get rid of this stuff. I know that I cant kill it all cause it in the neighbors yard but may be this year they will try to control it also.

The reasoning behind hitting it in the fall, is in the summer, the leaves "wax". They create a layer to protect themselves.

In the fall, the plant is absorbing as much energy as it can into the roots, thereby bringing more chemical into the roots as well.

Treat it right now with a high level of the active ingredient dicamba. Hit it early and often.

Avoid using Boron/Borax. Boron will kill it but- too much and you kill everything including your lawn, trees, etc, too little and you just fertilized everything.

Don't waste your time pulling it.
