DR2 BOW

I am looking to buy this bow and am told it is basicaly the Drenlin bow. I am looking at Whitcombs but they do not have either in stock. My brother just purchased the Z7 from them last weekend. When i pulled it that thing seemed like a heavy drop into the let off. I shoot a PSE Thunderbolt now and do not want that big of a drop.

Can anyone tell me if they have shot the Drenlin and if it is a smooth draw and just some drop into the let off. I will more than likley buy it for a big upgrade but am just a little worried about the change.

The cam on the Z7 looks to be much more aggresive than the one on the DR2.

Just looking for some opinions on this.

Trigger are you seeing any bucks in your area with head gear still? I will be down that way shed hunting this weekend.

Shoot 'em all and decide which feels best to you. I was more concerned about a smooth draw, as you seem to be, than anything else. I ended up buying the DXT, it is very smooth, short and fast. I couldn't be happier, but everyone will have their favorites.

If you ever make it down to the Buffalo area, you're more than welcome to shoot a few arrows out of my Drenalin. It's got a nice smooth draw and solid wall. If they come out with a Z7 LD, I might bite.

The Drenalin is the nicest drawing bow Mathews has made. I agree that the Z-7 has a big jump, but it is also the most stable at full draw of any bow I have shot. IMO
