smoked carp?

Where is a good place to find smoked carp in SE MN.. ever since Ramers shut down.. i haven't had any good smoked carp.. im pretty weary of buying what the big box grocers carry

I have to agree...smoked carp is good. But then again, smoked anything is good.

I have not tried them, but I am guessing (and by reading/hearing from others) the carp under 3 or so lbs are going to taste the best.

I have never tried smoked carp but I know that smoked catfish is very good so I don't think carp would be that much different.

Smoked carp is very good! As all fish they are better in the cool and clean water.
