10in. Lazer VS. 10in 224 Lazer

what is the difference? would both of these work with the 2hp tecumseh motor?

The 10" lazer is two lazer blades, and the 224 is 2 10" lazer blades and two 4" or 5" inch blades. The 224 will cut a little faster and smoother as well as redrill old holes easier. But it also costs more to resharpen.

Either will work with a 2 hp and a 25:1 standard strikemaster gear ratio.

I have a 10" lazer on my older 2HP Tecumseh and it works great! I run it with Amsoil at a ratio of 85:1 and it runs like a dream - lots of power & no smoke.

I've also been using the 10" drill on the 2Hp Lazer for years and never had any issues.
