There is a 15 amp fuse marked 4wd in the fuse panel inside the cab. You can double check this in your owners manual.

It is on the 2nd row from the top and is the 2nd one from the left. It powers up the front axle actuator, transfer case shift control switch and the aux. battery relay. If the fuse is blown you may have troubles elsewhere.

The 4x4 switch itself is a pretty common problem.

If it isn't a fuse then it would be a good idea to pull the switch out and check if power is entering and leaving the switch. If you got power going out of the switch then you are going to want to check for power at the transfer case.
