A good friend lives in Brooklyn Park and is looking for somewhere close to shoot, both indoors and out. I believe Coon Rapids is not too far. Anything else?

There is a outdoor range on the Brooklyn Park side of the river

right across the street from river park entrance. It is at about 93rd and the Old River road. The closest indoor ranges are Archery Specialist on Cty.81 just west of Osseo, or in Anoka across the bridge over the Rum river and take the 1st right turn.

there is a nice outdoor range not to far from osseo in elm creek park $5.00 a crack or $30 a year need to buy your permit in the park nice range.

I think your thinking of Average Joes in Anoka.

If you want some outdoor hay stacks to shoot at for free, there is a range in fridley, right off university. It is right behind the now closed ice arena, walk down the trail and you will see it there.

There is also another one but its a ways from BP, 96 and lex, this is a big outdoor range free too
