Question

I am wondering if anyone has recently sent in a marcum? I sent mine in a month ago and have not heard anything back yet. I have called and emailed with no response. I have had excellent service before it was versa. Am I a rare case? Are they swamped? Just trying to figure out where my finder is.

I emailed last Monday and called Friday. I got a reply on 12/22 that said the guy would put an email in the shop and someone would get back to me the next week. That is all I have heard. I'll try to call again tomorrow. When I sent it in a couple years ago they did a ducer and tc upgrade. I had it back in 4 days from when I shipped it. I bought a lx5 when the lx3 crapped out but I really want this one back for my girlfriend to use.

I emailed Jon, the Marcum rep about this situation, Bassinbob84. Call again tomorrow and reference this FM thread if you speak with Jon or leave him a phone message and we'll see where that leads.

I have had a great experience with Jon and the Marcum techs. I called Jon on 1-04-10 and explained my problem, he gave me a return authorization number and address to send it too.I UPS'd it to them and recieved my unit back on 1-07-10, and fished with it that evening,it worked perfectly. I have had very positive experiences with my Marcum products, this experience only makes it better. Thanks to Jon and the Marcum Techs for doing what they do best. Service is number one in my book!!!

I got a call today from Jon. There was a bad leadwire and he said it's processed under a warranty and it's shipping out today. He said there was a back order on the part. I just wish I would have been notified so I didn't start worrying.

Thanks to everyone and Jon for the help. I'm very greatfull.
